Greenhouse Gas Analysis

  • Shimadzu 2030 Gas Chromatograph with TCD, ECD, FID for CO2, CH4, N2O concentration measurements, with standard gases and xyzTek auto injection system
  • Soil flux chambers (non-steady-state) for dark respiration and light-sensitive fluxes (transparent chambers) with Arduino based carbon dioxide concentration measurement
  • LICOR 7700 for high frequency open-path methane concentration analysis with eddy covariance systems
  • Campbell Scientific CR1000 data logger and solar panel system

Soil Biogeochemical Analysis

  • Soil moisture and temperature probes
  • Soil coring and general soil sampling tools
  • Manual and mechanical soil grinding equipment
  • METER PARIO Soil Particle Size Distribution Analyzer
